1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at lonnita@lonnluxbodycollection.com and we’ll gladly make it right.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we plan to offer soon — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
4. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are made with plant-based ingredients, are 100% cruelty-free, and never tested on animals. We source only clean, ethical, and eco-conscious materials.
5. What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We recommend reviewing each product’s full ingredient list and conducting a patch test before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and contact a healthcare professional if needed.
